1. ABSTRACT The Evaluation of Outdoor Exercise Activities by View of Physical Educator and Students Who Work in Elementary and High School in Elazığ City Centre. In this study, we have tried to determine the evaluation of the students and physical educator who work in elementary and high schools and their equivalent, outdoor exercises activities. In addition, besides the comparison of the necessary outdoor and activities progress, we have also tried to obtain importance and the state of the subject. We have applied questionnaire to 252 students and 30 physical educators who work in Elazığ centre. The frequencies and % calculations and X2 test of the findings of this questionnaire were obtained using the SPSS computer programme. The results were mentioned in various tables and discussed. The obtained important findings: physical educators who carries the outdoor exercises have enough accumulated knowledge but the equipment and facilities are not enough for their productive works we have determined very important deficiency in not adequately sensitive to outdoor exercises, inadequate sport field and beside these manager indifference to assure the equipment, co-ordination with local managers and establishments. Since, students believe that the outdoor exercises may trap their main studies, they have not enough motivation on those activities and the main branch physical educator deficiency is an important notice in the findings. According to obtained findings, as a result, to make the outdoors exercises activities appropriate aims to arrangements, controls and precautions have been necessary.
