The Research of productivity in all sport foundations constructed in Elazığ

Abstract (EN)

52 SUMMARY This study, was planned to research the lewel of productivity in all sport foundations constructed in Elazığ. Those are; The City Head Office of Young and Sport secondary and high schools, other public foundations and private foundations. On this work 36 sport foundations were taken as an examples, all thase foundations were registered in The City Head Office of Young and Sport. At the end of this research; 33.3% at all sport foundadions belongs to special foundations, 27.7% belongs to intermediate level schools foundations, 25% belongs to public foundations and 13.8% belongs the city Head Office of Young and Sport. These sport foundations have an area of 89.953 m2. Acearding to the population Elazığ, There are 2.7 persons in each m2. 58.3% of all sport foundations weren't suitable at todays counditions and they aren't used headtly. İt is found that all the 36 sport foundations work for 418 hours in a day. The average work time of the foundations is 11.61 hours 19954 persons utulize from these foundations. İt is alsa found that the capity of the people who utulize from these foundations. İs 9.7% of all populations. İt is found that 36.1% of sport foundations aren't exposure to the people and in additions, all sport foundations are open abaut 9.06 ± 2.06 hours in a day for people. As a result, the propartion of the population of the sport foundations at the centre of Elazığ city is at the level of Turkey's awarege. But those foundations haven't bean used as a productive in order to work all of sport foundations as a profitabily; it is necessory to increase the sources and to educate the manegers and sport foundations must be changed to privated foundations.
