For this reason first of all the problem should be determined in detail, then the solutions to the problem should be investigated and interdisciplinary communication should be established to raise awareness. Material and Method: Thirty criminal case files including the crime of sexual abuse of children, which were concluded in the High Criminal Courts, were examined, among the files that were reflected in the court between 2015-2020, the contents of the files can be accessed completely from the UYAP database, and the physical file is not found in the higher court and can be fully examined. and the criteria for making court decisions are examined. Results: As a result of our study, it was determined that 83.4% of the children exposed to abuse were women, 40% were between the ages of 12-15 and 73.4% were abused by adult perpetrators. It was determined that 76.7% of the victim children knew the perpetrator before. It has been determined that the data show similarities with other studies and statistics in the literature. Conclusion: As a result of the research, it was determined that girls were abused more by boys. Again, the fact that the age range of children is mostly under the age of 12 and between the ages of 12-15 is thought to be a factor that can facilitate child abuse. In terms of reintegrating the victims of sexual abuse into the society, it is necessary to take all measures to reduce the effects of trauma on the child and to apply health and education measures after the trial process. Again, high-level supervision and training measures are considered for the rehabilitation of sexual abuse perpetrators. Keywords: Sexual Abuse of Child, Sexual Abuse Crime, Victim Child
