Abstract (EN)
The concept of entrepreneurship, which has an important role in the changing social structure, has been replaced by the concept of social entrepreneurship in which people trying to find permanent solutions to social problems are involved. This area, which has developed in recent years, has played an important role in making the passive group in the population effective. Although entrepreneurship research shows an increasing structure in general, the unique structure of the sports industry, especially sports activities, has been drawing attention in recent years. This area is getting more and more important. Today, especially sports clubs are involved in social responsibility projects and provide competitive advantage in line with their strategic goals. The inclusion of social entrepreneurship projects in the sports industry will further increase this advantage. For this reason, the main purpose of the study is to evaluate the perspectives of social entrepreneurship projects of managers, members and employees working in associations related to sports institutions and organizations affiliated to Elazig Governorship Provincial Directorate of Civil Society Relations. The universe of the study consists of 164 sports club managers, members and employees affiliated to the Elazig Governorship Provincial Civil Society Relations Directorate. The sample of the study consists of 250 volunteer participants (sports club managers, members and employees) determined by using a simple random method. In order to measure the Social Entrepreneurship Perception of Sports Clubs in Elazig province, the Questionnaire Technique was used in the screening method. The research consists of two parts; In the first part, there are questions about the demographic characteristics of the participants, and in the second part there are twenty questions belonging to three dimensions. Licensed SPSS 24.0 package program was used in the analysis of the data. Number, percentage, mean and standard deviation were used as descriptive statistical methods in the evaluation of the data. In order to determine whether there is a significant difference in social entrepreneurship perceptions of sports clubs in Elazig province, t test, Kruskal Wallis test and One way variance analysis were performed among the variables and the results were interpreted. The significance level of the statistical analysis made was accepted as p <0.05. According to the results of the analysis, the perceptions of the sports club manager, members and employees towards the concept of social entrepreneurship did not differ significantly. When the averages for each variable are examined, it is seen that: In the gender variable, women; In the educational status variable, those with a bachelor's degree; In the position variable in the institution, the employees and the term of office in the institution, the average of the social entrepreneurship concept of those who worked between 1-3 years was higher than the others. Yet sports club manager, members and employees of social entrepreneurship by gender perceptions on the situation in Turkey shows a statistically significant difference. When the average scores are examined, It has been determined that female sports club managers, members and employees have more information than men related to social entrepreneurship in Turkey. Sports club managers, experienced by members and employees of social entrepreneurship perception of the situation in Turkey shows a statistically significant difference. Average scores when examining 45 years and older sports club managers, members and employees were determined to have information on the status of social entrepreneurship in Turkey more than others. There is no other variable with a significant difference. The perceptions of the barriers between social entrepreneurship in Turkey; the "age", "education" and "mandate of the organization" has reached the conclusion that differ significantly in terms of variables. As a result; Social entrepreneurship perception of sports clubs in Elazig province was not seen at the desired level due to conceptual uncertainty, deficiencies in legal regulations and lack of resources. Eliminating these deficiencies and supporting them with new studies will contribute to the social entrepreneurship perception levels of sports clubs.
