Abstract (EN)
In this study, basic approximation methods for analog and digital filters are programmed by using C language and Borland C++ 3.1 compiler in a computer. By using this program, considering any given filter transfer characteristics, a transfer function can be obtained with any desired approximation method and general characteristics of filter can be observed. The prepared program gives also the circuit diagram of the designed filter. in the literatüre, there are some unprogrammed complex subjects (e.g. Bessel-band pass filters, analog filters with double termination's ete.), these subjects are also programmed, and this provides easiness.KEY WORDS: Filter design, analog filters, digital filters, nonrecursive filters, recursive filters, amplitude characteristics, phase characteristics, delay characteristics, approximation.
