Abstract (EN)

In this study, the design and production of battery packaging and Battery Management System (BMS) for electric vehicles were carried out. The focus of the study is to develop the necessary monitoring and control mechanisms to ensure that battery systems operate safely, efficiently, and with extended service life. In the developed system, battery voltage, temperature, and State of Charge (SoC) data are continuously monitored and transmitted to the user in real-time. This provides real-time information about the operational status of the batteries, ensuring a safe and stable working environment. The produced Battery Management System enables the monitoring of battery temperature, voltage, and current values, allowing for the early detection of potential anomalies and facilitating predictive maintenance. Additionally, it provides comprehensive data management to optimize battery performance, extend lifespan, and improve operational efficiency.
