Abstract (EN)
Today, the use of nanofibers covers a wide area such as environment, health, communication, textile and security, and the need for these fibers is increasing day by day according to the variety of usage areas. In a world whose population is increasing day by day, it is known that natural textile fibers cannot fully meet the demands of the sectors. It is thought that this gap will be filled with synthetic fiber production, and low-cost nanofiber production is among the areas that commercial companies are very interested in today. Electrospinning, which is one of the nanofiber production methods, is a new and effective nanofiber production technique based on electrically charging the polymer solution or polymer melt and dispersed positioning of nanofibers on a grounded collector. In this study, different solutions with different concentrations and mixing ratios were prepared using titanium dioxide (TiO2), hydroxyapatite (HA), polylactic acid (PLA) and Tobramycin antibiotic with good biocompatibility rates for use as medical and biomaterials, and nanofibrous surfaces were produced from these different solutions using electrospinning method in fixed process parameters. The characteristic properties of the nanofiber surfaces produced were determined by Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM-EDX), Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FT-IR), Differential Scanning Calorimetry (DSC) and Differential Thermal Analysis (DTA) tests. From experimental results, it was observed that no bead formation, the lowest diameter fibers and the lowest mass loss were obtained when 96% PLA, 2% TiO2, 2% HA and 2% Tobramycin solution were used.
