Abstract (EN)
Nowadays technological developments are available with inventions of different production methods and their improvements. One of the standard development method is rafination . Electro Slag Remelting (ESR) is a type of rafination method, which is metal industry to produce super alloy and special steel cast ingots. Quality, purity and micro structure of materials are advanced which is produced by using this method. In this study ESR process is defined and properties of the slag which is used in the process are determinated. Also application conditions and methods are described. Various furnaces types of ESR processes are shown. Differences between varied ESR processes are dealed with. In practical part of the study modeling and the simulating approach are made. In modeling part slag below melting method is used for temperature distribution of the cast ingot is figured.
