Abstract (EN)
Electrospinning is a process by which polymer and ceramic nanofibers with submicron scale diameters, can be formed when a droplet of viscoelastic polymer solution is subjected to high voltage electrostatic field. Indium phosphide is an important material for the industry of microelectronic and optoelectronic devices. A direct band gap of 1.34 eV, combined with a high absorption, makes it very suitable for thin film solar cells. In this study InP nanofiber production technology by means of electrospinning method was studied and fiber morfology, XRD, DTA-TGA, optical and electrical properties was investigated. In the experimental studies, effect of system parameters on the fiber morfology in electrospinning method are; the applied voltage, the distance between collector and feeding unıt and the speed of flow. InP nanofiber with a diameter 52.95-86 nm have been succesfull prepared by electrospinning metod using that solution that contained PVP, InCl3, NaHPO4.These experiments showed that 25-30kV powerlevel and the distance between the electrodes as 7-10 cm could give the best results. Band gap enegy values of InP nanofiber are found between 0.4-1.06 eV. Activation energy of InP nanofiber are measured 0.040 eV for 30 kV, 0.029 eV for 25 kV.
