Abstract (EN)
In recent years, with the development of industry and technology, the need for high-purity substances has increased, and environmental problems such as the impact of air, water, soil pollution on living things have become increasingly important and knowing the effects of trace elements on health, the analysis of these elements has become one of the most important research topics in analytical chemistry. For this reason, various methods are being developed for the analysis of these elements due to the negative effects of trace elements spreading to the environment on living things and the environment. One of these methods, the differential pulse anodic stripping voltammetry method, is an electrochemical method of choice due to its sensitivity and selectivity. In this study, the glassy carbon electrode (GCE) was modified with NiFe2O4-rGO composite and used for the first time in the electrochemical determination of heavy metals. Determination of Cu (II) and Hg (II) heavy metals was performed using differential pulse anodic stripping voltammetry (DPASV) technique with NiFe2O4-rGO/GCE. For this purpose, experimental parameters such as deposition potential, deposition time, electrolyte type, electrolyte concentration, electrolyte pH and substrate concentration were examined and optimal conditions of parameters affecting peak current were determined.
