Abstract (EN)
Pd(II) ion imprinted poly(1,3-thiazol-2-yl methacrylamide-co-4-vinylpyridine-co-divinylbenzene) copolymer was synthesized by 4-vinylpyridine and prepared monomer with 2-aminothiazole and methacryloyl chloride. It was characterized by FT-IR. Surface morphology was examined by SEM. The presence of palladium in the imprinted polymer was determined by SEM-EDS. The synthesized polymer was used as the adsorbent in solid phase extraction to recovery of palladium. Optimum conditions for quantitative recovery were determined. Palladium was determined by F-AAS. Optimum conditions for the polymer pH:2, eluent type: 3M HCl + 0.5M thiourea, eluent flow rate: 1 mL.dk-1, sample flow rate: 1 mL.dk-1, sample volume: 50 mL, eluent volume: 10 mL. Limit of determination 11.8 μg/L, enrichment factor 5 and adsorption capacity 18.83 mg/g of the method was found. The method developed by using the synthesized Pd (II) ion printed polymer was applied to the multilayer ceramic capacitor (MLCC) sample to obtain 0.032% palladium.
