Özet (EN)

Electronic Circuit Elements course has been added to the undergraduate curriculum of the Department of Computer Education and Instructional Technologies to be taught in the second semester of the first year. Electronic Circuit Elements course is taught theoretically for 3 hours. In line with the interviews with the students who took this course, it was concluded that the course had content that required practice, but the course concepts remained at the knowledge level due to the lack of practice hours. This study is about the design process of an augmented reality and simulation supported learning environment developed for use in electronic circuit elements course in line with the opinions of first year undergraduate students. In this research, design-based research method was used. Design-based research is a research process in which the researcher reviews the design of the application, which he initially developed by adhering to the design principles, by looking at the effects of the versions each time, and repeats the process until he obtains satisfactory results. (Kuzu, Çankaya, Mısırlı, 2011). In this research, the stakeholders were included in the first stage, which was initially developed by adhering to the design principles, and it was ensured that the design completed the more effective, beneficial and cyclical process faster. In line with the opinions of the students taking the course, the existing design principles and the studies in the literature, the learning environment, which has undergone three stages of cyclical correction, has reached its final design. The design of the learning environment was guided by 5 volunteer students who took this course. In this study, qualitative data were collected through second-structured interviews and analyzed by descriptive analysis method.
