Abstract (EN)
KEYWORDS : Electronic Human Resources Management, Knowledge Technology, e -Trading, e -Learning Human resources management gradually replaces human capital management. As we look its developing history we will see that human resources become the extension of personnel management. The importance of personnel management for the organisations has changed after 1970. Because of the importance of knowledge, technology and environmental factors, new developments and new techniques occur in human resources management. The rapid movement of communication technologies comes into being new occupations and this changes working types, working environment and styles. Therefore human resources widens extend its interest. It is not possible that the human resources cannot be affected by the rapid movement of economy and working life. The organizations aimed the solutions of value added in rivalry condition of globalization. The main criterias in reaching this aim is the cost and the other is labour. The main discussion point in human resources in e-HR is the tranship of human resource knowledge system into intranet, extranat and internet. When the human resources transfer functions into electronic areas, organisations solves social affairs at minimum time and effort. By this way we can reach the data more quickly thus human resources focus on value added works and spend time and labour for the prolonged development. vin
