Abstract (EN)
In this research, the aim is to explain the operating mechanism of the Electronic Identity Verification System used in Land Registry Offices across Turkey, its components, and the biometric data utilized during verification. Additionally, the study seeks to determine the role of the system in ensuring transaction security in Land Registry Offices, and to identify the levels of perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use among employees through the Technology Acceptance Model.
