Abstract (EN)
Distribution agreements are widely influenced by the current electronic commercial practice as to the monopoly zones, transfer of the know-how and choosing criteria. That is the reason that first of all an analysis of the distribution agreements with a competition law approach is conducted, then the electronic commerce, electronic market place and electronic coercive mechanisms are elaborated and finally the liberty of the provider to organize its own network is explained.
