Abstract (EN)
In this study, the effect of 130 PGPR strains on the development of Erwinia amylovora was investigated. Five Erwinia amylovora strains (E-3, E-20, E-67, E-99 and E-100) isolated from diseased apple trees in Iğdır province were used as pathogen. In vitro, 34 strains out of 130 bacteria were found to be effective on the pathogen. In vivo BY-6-Pseudomonas putida and MÜ-1 -Pantoea agglomerans were found to be the most successful strains with 80% disease inhibition rate. Other strains were found to inhibit the disease development by 9-60 %.
