Abstract (EN)
Subcontracted labour is defined as a type of employment, which consists of labourers that function without any assurance. The application of subcontracting generally depends on the power of labour. Most corporate businesses and public institutions temporarily employ subcontracting companies through tender method. This way, they make profit by reducing the cost of labour, as well as increasing the quality of labour due to the lack of job security. However, not only the corporate businesses and public institutions procure the services of experts in their own fields, they also benefit economically viable ministration. This study evaluates the application of subcontracting in trinity of labour- capital- public. The lack of job security in application of subcontracting, therefore the demand of becoming a member of various labour unions bring negative consequences in terms of private sector employees. The evaluation of opinions of political parties, public and unions are revealed through theoretical and empirical approach. As a result, this thesis argues that the existing subcontracting in public and private sectors must be terminated; the labourers in public sectors must be recruited and recommends the importance of syndication and collective bargaining agreements especially in private sectors.
