Abstract (EN)
This thesis aim to explain employee perceptions of organizational justice impact on organizational silence question. In accordance with this purpose in this study, the use of quantitative research methods operating a questionnaire was applied in Yalova province in hotels to 170 employees. The data obtained subjected to multiple regression analysis. Regression result showed that procedure justice have negative effect on acquiescent and defensive silence and also informative justice have positive effect on prosocial silence. Thus findings are explaned the research model partially.
