Abstract (EN)
In this study, the morphological, anatomical, micromorphological, molecular taxonomic characteristics and essential oil components collected from 6 different populations in their natural distribution areas endemic Bupleurum anatolicum Hub.-Mor.et&Reese and Bupleurum euboeum Beauverd species which were comparatively investigated with Flora of Turkey. In morphological studies, ray, bract, petal, anther, stylopodium, stylus, fruit height measurements and statistical analyzes were tabulated with samples collected from 6 diffrent localities photographed in their natural environment, compared with the Flora of Turkey description. In anatomical Studies, roots, stems and leaves were cross-sectioned with a microtome and photographed, and their internal structures were illuminated. In morphological studies, fruit and pollen surfaces were photographed in SEM (Scanning Electron Microscopy). For chemical studies, essential oil was obtained by microdistillation method from dried and crushed samples for 6 different locations. The chemical compositions of the essential oils obtained were determined by GC/MS and GC. According to the results obtained, undecane and heptanal were determined as the main components of essential oil for B.euboeum species for 3 locations. Tridecane and tetradecane were determined as the main components for the 3 locations of B. anatolicum. In molecular studies, ITS1-ITS4 gene regions were amplified by PCR, and the base sequences of these regions were determined by DNA sequencing. The base sequences were compared with the data in the world gene bank and a phylogenetic tree was drawn up
