Abstract (EN)

In this research, bioelement ingredients of plant species that are endemic for Turkey, Centaurea tchihatcheffii L., Thermopsis turcica Kit Tan, Vural & Küçüködük, Liquidambar orientalis and Sideritis amasiaca, are identified by Inductively couple plasma-optical emission spectroscopy (ICP-OES) device. When measured values were checked out, it was seen that boron mineral was only existed in Centaurea Tchihatcheffii. Enough amount of sodium content was detected in four plant species. Amount of iron in plant species was observed both excessive and adequate. While Manganese contents of the plants were detected in poor amount, deficiency of zinc was only seen in plant Sideritis Amasiaca. Whole plants used in this research are endemic. On the grounds that this endemic species exist only in Turkey, profits to be get from using of this plants will belong to our country. It has been observed that these endemic species have considerable bioelement ingredients. It is also possible to use these species in phytotherapy works due to ingredients of essential elements. The appropriate growing conditions should be determined in order to prevent the extinction of these species, and gene bank for these species should be established.
