Abstract (EN)

This research was done by using histopathological and immunohistochemical methods to show the angiogenic factor on the endometriosis patients. In this research, tissues of endometriosis groups were selected from 30 women which were operated from endometriotic cist at the Gaziantep University Medicine Faculty Gynecology Department and age between 18-43. The suitable tissue blocks were stain with hematoxylen-eosin dye and CD34 marker with immunohistochemical staining. The control groups were selected from the woman which hasn' t got an endometriotic lessions in their ovaries. The control groups were also stain with hematoxylen and CD34 marker. According to results the microvessels density of endometriotic ovary is much more than the control ovary (p<0.05) . Finally we can say that the angiogenesis might be important factor for the pathogenesis of the endometriosis and the antiangiogenic agents may use for curing the endometriosis.
