Özet (EN)

SUMMARYIn endometrium, cervix and ovarian cancer lymph nodes metastases is animportant factor which effect the survival rates. İn these gynecologic cancer groups, metastases of lymph nodes decrease the survival rates of patients. In this retrospective study, the effect of pelvic, paraaortic and pelvic+paraaorticlymphadenectomy on survival rates of patients with endometrium, cervix and ovariancancer was examined. In our study we found that in these three gynecologic cancerlymphadenectomy increased the survival rates of patients. This increasing was foundsignificant in statistical analysis. (P=0,037 for endometrium cancer group, P=0,009for cervix cancer group and P=0,011 for ovarian cancer group.)The median numbers of removed lymph nodes were found for pelvic, paraaorticand pelvic+paraaortic lymphadenectomy in endometrium, cervix and ovarian cancergroups. The remove of lymph nodes above or below these median lymph nodenumbers was not found significant in survival rates of patients in endometrium, cervixand ovarian cancer groups.6
