Abstract (EN)

It is predicted that the world food demand will significantly exceed the food supply in the coming periods. Many physical factors such as climate change, global warming, droughts, excessive rains, difficulties in accessing water determine the amount of production and food prices in the market. Planning for the sustainability of agricultural processes in the coming years is among the priority issues. Industry 4.0 technologies have made it possible to get the maximum benefit by using the developing technologies correctly in order to prevent waste and ensure optimum production in agriculture as well as in the field of production. With the use of emerging technologies such as big data, Internet of Things (IoT), cloud computing, image processing in the right place and the integration of these technologies, it is possible to improve the production processes in agriculture. With these technologies used in many fields, it is aimed to improve the processes from production to the end consumer in agriculture, and to prevent waste and food crisis with the help of data analysis, with the approach of production as needed.
