Abstract (EN)
Developed Industry 4.0 technologies force businesses to make radical changes in their business models, strategies, organizational structures, products and services. Businesses that take initiatives by researching the gains of Industry 4.0 and Digital Transformation aim to determine their digital maturity levels and make investment plans accordingly before starting the digital transformation process. In this study, the basic principles and characteristics of Industry 4.0 and Digital Transformation concepts, the concept of digital maturity, digital maturity models accepted in the literature, the application of the maturity assessment tool named "IZKA Digital Maturity Model" in the case of Erzurum province and the results of the research on the application are presented. By evaluating the digital maturity levels of enterprises producing in Erzurum province, it is aimed to make suggestions that will contribute to the digital transformation processes of enterprises, to raise awareness about the digital maturity of enterprises, and to determine their strengths and weaknesses. Information was obtained by using face-to-face survey method with business representatives. The universe of the research consists of 161 enterprises in total, but 104 enterprises participated. The collected data were explained with statistical data using SPSS 26.0 program. In this explanatory study, the digital maturity analysis result reports of 104 enterprises participating in the research were obtained using IZKA web interface.
