Abstract (EN)

The term "Industry 4.0", which first came to the agenda at the technology fair held in Germany in 2011, is referred to as the 4th Industrial Revolution. Developed countries such as Germany, Japan and America aim to produce by turning to Industry 4.0 and bringing together all vital mechanisms with information technologies. Industry 4.0; It is a set of systems consisting of different stages, namely the internet of things, services of the internet and cyber-physical systems. In Industry 4.0, which brings a new working order, all of the production and living areas have smart equipment and the systems work in an integrated manner. In the age of Industry 4.0, production and consumption are being restructured. With this system, the distribution of rich and poor countries is also reshaped. With the age of Industry 4.0, there are differences in income distribution between new business lines and countries. In this study, the working conditions and occupational health and safety practices of a seedling company in Azerbaijan that produces with Industry 4.0 will be examined.
