Abstract (EN)

In recent years, the agenda of the most busy and intense discussions on the topic is doubtless the 4th Industrial Revolution, therefore the future of mankind and even the world. We are in the beginning of this revolution, which will change our way of working, our social life and the way we relate to each other. From the first day until the present day, many inventions have been realized and these inventions have changed the course of human history. Starting with the discovery of the steam engine, this adventure has been instrumental in changing our social lives and habits starting from working life. At this point, the question of how the 4th Industrial Revolution will affect our future is a matter of curiosity and the effects of this change are foreseen and preparations are made accordingly. With the rapid development of technology after the 1980s, it has led to changes in the political, social and economic spheres. The employers of today's world have tried every way to increase their productivity and profitability, established factories that produce products at a much lower cost and destroyed the artisans. With the mass production, the number of employees working in the factories increased, metropolises were formed in the regions where there were job sites and our ways of life changed. All these changes have created new and different dimensions in our social lives and relationships. It has become more difficult to compete with large industries, which has destroyed small tradesmen. Therefore, when we go out on the street, it will not be difficult to realize how quickly and effectively this change takes place in recent years. When the Industrial Revolutions were examined from the past to the present, it affected our working and social lives and brought new dimensions according to the conditions of the day. For this reason, it will be possible to see the future in a scientific way by revealing the results of the revolution. Therefore, it would be appropriate to first examine the revolutions that have been experienced in the past, how they changed our lives, the results of these changes, and finally the reflections of the changes to be made with the 4th Revolution on the future. We have not yet grasped the depth and speed of Industry 4.0. It is obvious that the dark factories will replace the production facilities where people work with the introduction of new technologies in the near future. At this point, we will try to discover where production methods will change depending on today's and next generation digital technology and where human factor will take place in this change, and of course, the future of human beings. Intensive use of robots in the future will perhaps increase unemployment to incredible levels. Perhaps this new form of production will bring many new job opportunities and unemployment will be reduced. At this point, we will try to find out the effects of this change on the working life and consequently on the Human Resources Management or perhaps the new name on InRob Resources Management while trying to find the answer to the question of how the 4th Industrial Revolution will affect our future. If we think that robots will be better than humans, it is natural that we are concerned about the future and try to predict what will happen because this is where we will all live.
