Abstract (EN)

The thesis named ?The Alienation Effects Of The Working Conditions On Labors In Industrial Enterprises And An Application? purpose to manifest the negative effects of the physical conditions on the worker and to take attention on burnout syndrome and the alienation of the workers. This research is composed by the blue collar labors working in industrial field such as textile, food and automotive. 299 labors of eight companies were participated to the survey, which two of these companies are members of trade unions. For an objective research the researcher made interviews with the workers, employers and the trade union representatives. The 79,3% of 299 answerers were men, and 20,7% were women. The 87,6% of the participants to the survey are labors yaounger than 39. The researcher tried to examine the correlation between the demographic factors and the burnout and alienation of the labors. Besides, the research defines the relationship between the ergonomic factors of the factories and the job satisfaction of the labors by the correlation analysis. The aim of the study is to manifest and take attention to negative working conditions and to develop some ideas to recover the conditions.
