Vocational and Technical Education Instıtutions,parallel with technological developments, have the duty of training qualified personnel that market needs.Particularly,catching modern technology ,adaptation to technology and guide technology are obtained by giving creativity to people,problem solving and converting knowledge he got to skills.Since Vocational and Technical Education is in the state of being the locomotive of industrilization and reconstruction of the country., Vocational Educational programmes are required to be in the form of responding expectations.In this context, Modular Education has been started in the Institution of Vocational and Technical Education , for providing the opportunity of education and reflecting the educational programmes of sectorial developments in the direction of students? desires,wishes and abilities.The aim of the Modular Education System is to provide to find the opportunity of employment after school by making field choice related to the expectations of students.Besides,the duty of the teachers ,by pursuing the technology closely,is providing the training of the students by meeting the needs of the sector with student-centered education. A huge literature scanning has been made about the study and remarkable facts have been determined. Vocational Education, European Union and Education, Traditional Teaching Method in Education and Module Teaching Method have been researched.Research survey has been applied to the teachers and have been commented on it. The statistics of applied surveys have been deduced in SPSS (Statistical Packet Social Sciences) Programme and obvious results have been obtained related to the expectations.
