Abstract (EN)

Industrial automation system provide production afficiency produet quality and work-power saving. These systems have become unavoidable for industrial systems. PLC?s (Programmable Logic Controllers) and SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) systems are used together in order to increase speed and efficiency of industrial automation systems.Dosage systems are major application subjcet of automation systems. Concrete production centres are important type of these systems based on Siemens tecnology is successful pratical worldwide application in this area. The system was investigated in this study. Siemens S7-300 PLC type is selected for the studies. The PLC was not used phsyisically, but the PLC program was run via PLCSIM software.SCADA systems are often used in industry to observe and to be able tochange the process management done by PLC program. In order to obtain, good products for consumers, SCADA systems have an important role because of data acquistion from remote locations and control functions.WinCC in which tracking and control screen was designed, is a package program producted by Siemens. Advanced functions of this program are caused to prefer for engineers in this area. Usage of its is introduced. Data transmission between PLC and SCADA is practically demonstrated.
