Industrial oil is the essential input of technology that using all of the industry areas. Besides of technology development, oil which used in engine, machine and equipment should be improved at the same ratio. For morestable and more functional purpose, soma chemicals are added to the industrial oil. Although at the end of the shelf life, oil lose their properties and get waste oil. Because of including certain chemicals, these oil are dangerous for enviroment and human health. The cheapst cleaning method is to avoid of dirty. With this idea, ?Waste Oil Control Regulations? published in 2004 and have been applied. When consuption of industrial oil increase day by day, inportance of taking the necessary measurements and applications will be increased. With the regulations, the oil divided into 3 catagories . Got back of the oil, used as an adding fuel in high temperature ovens. If impossible to use for these two cases, there will be intended to bring undangerous in removing plants. In this study, with using of the get back methods, saving raw material, decreasing of import costs, creating employment and prevention of enviroment dirtiness. Have explained with the regarding of Turkey?s statemant. Key Words : Metallic oil, waste oil, waste management, recycle.
