Abstract (EN)

The main aim of this project is to optimize the submerged arc welding and flux cored arc welding combination, and research the mechanical and metallurgical properties of the combinations, which were welded by these products. In pursuit of determining the optimum production conditions and physical properties for the submerged arc welding fluxes, which produced by agglomeration technique, the studies including the combinations were carried out with seamed flux cored wires. Each of the inputs about the submerged arc welding flux production was discussed in details and the submerged arc welding fluxes were characterized by recording the outputs. Likewise, the basis was formed for the submerged arc welding flux combinations by optimizing the each input about the flux cored arc welding wires. The mechanical and metallurgical combinations of the submerged arc welding fluxes and flux cored arc welding wires were discussed in details by analyzing the obtained test results.
