Abstract (EN)
Today, fosil fuel consumption increases with the rapid development of industrialization and technology, and buildings are uses so much energy. This situation has led to the depletion of energy resources. The use of energy very important because 50% of the energy used on Earth, uses in processes of building construction and operation.Workspace is Öğümce village where on Riva River shore. Riva River is breath corridor of istanbul in terms of ecological values and Istanbul's water catchments, on the Riva River. 1 / 100.000 scale development plan says the region is ecologically sensitive and in this area ecotourism is suggested.But, there are environmental threats on the Riva River and Beykoz. To protect the natural structure, in Öğümce Village, a tourism model suggested. At this point, according to energy efficient site selection and building design criterias, an ecological tourism model is created.
