Petroleum market regulations in terms of the energy market regulatory authority

The thesis contextualize the regulation of the petroleum market in Turkiye by the Energy Market Regulatory Authority within the framework of the regulatory powers of the administration. The study analyses the history of the petroleum market in Turkiye and the development of administrative regulations in this field. In this context, the legal and institutional foundations of EMRA's powers for safe and economic market activities within a competitive environment and the activities regulated in the petroleum market are classified and analysed.
