Energy management system and energy management application in the industrial plant

Energy is the most important matter at the present day, because energy resources rapidly run out and non-renewable, its cost is very expensive. For these reason, energy saving politics have been followed all over the world. Especially, energy costs have an important share among factors that influence production costs of factories. It is possible to reduce these costs by means of energy saving measures.Energy saving by adopting certain attitudes, enforcing improved methods, using new efficient technologies, recycling gases and liquids containing waste energy and material means that energy can be consumed effectively and not by ignoring production or comfort needs. In the factories the most important and cheapest energy saving measure is that an energy saving system should be established under the control of an authorized energy manager.In this study, informing about energy and energy management system, to reduce energy costs to the lowest levels, the points where energy saving can be possible, saving methods, making projects and operating activities which must be focused have been reviewed. Industrial plant have been investigated, energy saving projects have been engineered.
