Abstract (EN)
The demand for energy of people is increasing in accordance with the developing world order. When dramatic increase of population, industrialisation and urbanisation are put on the incerasing energy comsumption caused by technology, it is clear that the future of the energy provided by unnatural energy resources are endangered. The energy policies of the developed countries in the world are based on the basis of rise to highest rank of the usage of the clean energy resources. Planning discipline should adopt the energy integrated planning system in order to make productive urban energy comsumption. Energy entegrated planning which is sustainable should be the approach that is considered in every scenario and the planning decisions of the approach should be represented in all plans. The different kind of energies are compared in the thesis. The energy policies of World, European Union Countires and Tukey are examined. What kind of energy sources should be used in city planning is concluded according to the results obtained from the first two chapter. Planning decisions in four different scales are defined with regard to the energy entegrated cities within the frame of planning discipline. The decisions that classified as national, urban, in neighbourhood and structure scale are explained in models. In this context, the stage of Turkey in the issue is analysed in four different scale that studied, energy policies that determinated in accordance with implementations.
