Social assistance and social services in social security of disabled person

In the recent years, considerable modifications have been realized in disability law. In this way, different approaches to the subject reflected the positive law orders in the sphere of labor law and social security law. The approach based on the employment accentuates social insurance in the social security systems and pass over social assistance and social service related with the social security of unemployed people. Regulations on the obligation for employment of disabled people are handled in the labor law. Although the modifications on employment quota for disabled people do not solve the social problems of disabled people as social exclusion, dependency and poverty. Therefore, in this study, we aimed to define the problems originated from disability and to discuss whether answered or not with respect to social security measures in example for social assistance and social service.
