Özet (EN)
In this study, artichoke leaf extract was added to the Nile tilapia diet at different rates (0.00%, 1.00%, 2.00% and 3.00%) and then our fish were fed with this food for 30 days. In the current study, the effects of artichoke leaf extract on the growth performance, condition factor, viscerosomatic index, hepatosomatic index, hematological parameters and biochemical parameters of Nile tilapia were investigated. This study was conducted by Dr. It was conducted at Nazmi Tekelioğlu Freshwater Products Production and Research Station with 240 fish with an average initial live weight of 33.9±1.14 g. The fish used in the research were obtained by lengthening and care was taken to distribute the groups homogeneously. Our research was conducted in 80-liter aquariums with 20 fish in three replicates and 60 fish were used for each group. As a result of the research, it was concluded that artichoke leaf extract added to fish feed increased the growth performance of Nile tilapia. As a result of the research, the final weights of our fish are as follows; It was found to be 47.69±0.60 g, 54.79±0.80 g, 58.01±0.18 g and 53.84±0.63 g. Artichoke leaf extract added to fish feed increased the daily feed consumption of Nile tilapia and also improved the feed utilization rate. FCR rates of our research groups are respectively; It was found to be 2.08±0.09, 1.66±0.05, 1.48±0.02 and 1.77±0.07. Additionally, the healing effects of Nile tilapia on hematological parameters and blood biochemistry have been observed. The best growth performance and the best feed conversion ratio were seen in the group fed with 2.00% artichoke leaf extract supplemented feed. According to the results obtained in the research, 2.00% artichoke leaf extract can be added to the feed of Nile tilapia to increase their growth performance and support their immune system.
