Abstract (EN)

In this study, the effects of alloying elements added to the samples made using the injection press casting method on the casting method were investigated Mg and Cu elements were added to ENAC 43400 ingots and ENAC 46200 ingots by changing the percentages, and it was aimed to examine the contribution of alloys added in different proportions to the casting. Specific alloying elements with different percentages were added to the samples with the same alloy and mechanical tests were applied. Samples produced in this direction have been subjected to various tests and the effect of the alloy has been observed. In addition, in order to test the resistance to corrosive environment in ENAC 46200 samples, results were obtained by adding different percentages of Cu to the same alloyed samples. It has been concluded that Cu rate has a corrosive effect up to a certain value in the fatigue sample and corrosion test. According to the findings obtained in the study, it was concluded that Mg and Cu alloy elements improved casting properties as expect.
