Abstract (EN)
The plastic materials are one of the materials of which the areas of application and rates of use have been rapidly increasing. Today, the production of plastic-based composite materials has gained even more important in order to meet the emerging needs cost-effectively and available resources more efficiently. In this study, in order to examine the effects of fillers on polymers, each of three different natural fill material (Wollostanit, Mica powder and Brass Shell), three different polymer (PA6, HDPE and ABS) mixed in rates of 5%, 10%, 15%, as a result of the study twenty-seven different types of granules have been formed. The 81 type weld line and without weldline test samples have been produced by these granules being injected the mold which has enabled the production of the weld line and without weld line samples at three different temperatures. Each type has been created four samples for the reliability of the tests. The mechanical values of filled polymers have been compared by applying tensile and bending tests to the samples which have the norms of TSE. In addition, mechanical behaviors of samples at weld line area have been examined and theirs internal structures have been evaluated and theirs values have been compared. The internal structure of plastics have been observed with sem.As a result, the fill rate of filling materials were examined by increasing the tensile and bending values and fills in different proportions were compared with each other.
