Abstract (EN)

In this study, the adult male and female reproductive organs of Enoplops disciger were examined anatomically and histologically by light and scanning electron microscope (SEM). The male reproductive systems of E. disciger composed of a pair of testis, a pair of vasa deferens, a pair of vesicula seminalis, ectodermal sac, mesadenia, ectadenia, bulbus ejaculatorius, ductus ejaculatorius. The testes of E. disciger consist of 3 different (growth, malturation, differentiation) zone. Growth zone, where groups of spermatogonia become separated from the germarium and form into spherical clusters. These groups of cells become enclosed by several cells which the wall of the sperm cyst. Spermatogonia increases allowing occurrence of mitoses and differentiation into spermatocytes; the, where two meiotic divisions, these cells became spermatids. In the differentiation zone, spermatids are extended to form spermatozoa. The spermatozoa are liberated from each cyst grouped together in bundles. The female reproduction systems of E. disciger consist of a pair of ovarioles, a pair of lateral oviduct, median oviduct, spermatheca. Each ovary is composed of 7 types of telotrohic-meroistic ovarioles, terminal filament, germarium, vitellarium. Nutrient cells and prefollicular cells are seen in germaryum. There is pre-vitellogenes in vitellaryum, while there are oocytes in vitellogenes and koryogenes stages. Maturing oocyte is fed through the cord. Chorion structure on the surface of the oocyte has become apparent during koryones stage. There is no cord associated with oocyte has completed the development. Mature oocyte is divided into last part of the ovariole. It passes through the lateral oviduct. When it was fertilized, it was left out of the genitals room. The aim is to contribute to knowledge of the male and female reproductive biology and also to reveal characters that may be useful for future studies in taxonomy and phylogeny of Heteroptera, especially within Coeridae.
