Goods depend heavily on information. Intellectual capital is kind ofcapital that we can say its all components are abstract assets and it gives competitiveadvantage to organization. Intellectual capital is completely different from physical andfinancial capital. Intellectual capital is a phenomenon like the information in its essencethat we can not see but we can observe its effects. Organizations? operational power inthe future depends on its current intellectual assets. Thus its importance can not bedenied especially in the stock market. Generally accepted components of intellectualcapital in the literature are: human capital, organizational capital and customer capital inother words relational capital. Besides intellectual capital is valuable on the base of itsseparately components, it gets its main value by mutually interaction of its components.Also organization culture has to reinforce intellectual capital and managing strategieshas to aim increasing assets of intellectual capital.Shortly, intellectual capital is a instrument of creating value that must bedelicately focused on it from its constitution to its management. It is clear thatorganizations who conserve and develop its intellectual assets will embrace success.
