Özet (EN)

EGF is a polipeptide which increases the mitotic activity in cells of epithelial and mezothelial origin. EGF regulates cellular processes by binding the EGF-r which are located on the cell surface. Fibronectin is a glycoprotein of the extracellular matrix which plays an important role as a cell-cell and cell-matrix interactions. It's connected to kollagen, fibrin, heparin and proteoglikans by integrin reseptors. Fibronectin plays an important role in the migration and differantiation of cells. Cithosan is a form of deasetilated cithin and is similar to selulose. Cithosan [(l-4)-2-amino-2-deoxi-D-glucose] is a biologically permeable molecule which can be broken up. Therefore, cithosan can be used safely. Taurin, which has an antioxidant feature, is important in lipid peroxidation. It takes part in tissues subjected to oxidative damage. For example, notrophill secrets oxidant matterials during the fagositose. In this study, the distribution of EGF-r and fibronectin in wound tissues applied cithosan gel and cithosan gel with taurin were analyzed by immünohistochemicalmethods at light microscopic level. Wound tissues were taken from mice at 6th hour and 1st, 3rd, 5th, 7th days after the mice were incised on the dorsal area. Strong reaktivity of EGF-r was observed up to 3rd day during reepitelization. Weak reactivity in the epthelium was observed at the 5th and 7th days. It was observed that vasculer endothelium, fibroblast, muscle cells and and indicate strong132 reaktivity in the first 3 days. Another group of cells, which was distinduished as similar to fibroblast, was thought as myofibroblast. In the incised wound exposured to fibronectin antibody, strong reactivity was observed in the bazal membrane and kollagen fibrils in the dermis. However, the strong reactivity was also observed in the 5th day since the healing of dermis is countinuing. Strong reactivity of EGF-r observed in the wound tissuessubjected to cithosan gel, because of wound healing which generally moderates reactivity. Strong reactivity of fibronectin was important bazal membrane and kollagen fibrills in the 5th and 7th days. Another observation was the quiker reepitelizationof the wound subjected to cithosan gel with taurin than the wound exposured to cithosan gel. Weak reactivity til of fibronectin was observed in the 5 day as the result of diminished repairing of dermis. The overall evalution of this study has shown that the speed of wound healing was increased by using taurin and EGF-r is a good labeling agent for epitelization and fibronectin for dermis healing.
