Abstract (EN)

In this study, different GA3 (0, 150, 300, 450 and 600 ppm) doses were studies in the grower greenhouse in Erbaa / Tokat in 2017 years. Observations and measurements (flower stalk length, flower stem diameter, flower diameter, flower weight yield, vase life and number of reproduction) were carried out in order to determine the effects of on Gerbera jamesonii 's varieties which were Yeliz and Ulaş (national name). The study was set up to be 14 plants in each parcel with 3 replications, according to randomized parcel trial design. The experiment was carried out between May and September for three months (June-July-August), with spray application to the leaves. 4 harvests were made every month and analysis and measurements were taken. The results were showed that GA3 doses applications had more positive effects on both yield and quality than the control. When the yield on the varieties of the dose applications was examined, the Ulas variety (14.66 numbers/ parcel) was included in the first group in the application of 300 ppm GA3 in the harvest obtained after the second dose application. In the third dose application, the stem length GA3 was obtained at 150 ppm Yeliz (71.47 cm). In the gerbera, after the application of the second GA3150, in the plants of Ulaş (133.05 mm), the thickest stem of the flower, in the application of 150 doses of the second GA3, in the Yeliz variety (6.40 mm), in the application of the triple dose of cut flower weight GA3 150 in the Yeliz variety (35.935gr / piece) were measured. The longest vase life was the first application result, Ulaş variety was detected in flowers obtained at GA3 450 ppm dosing (16.33 days).
