Abstract (EN)

This research examines the relationship between the level of religiosity and the feeling of happiness in adolescent individuals. In this context, this relationship was also discussed in terms of personal and demographic variables such as gender, age, school type, family income level, parental attitude. The population of the research consists of adolescent individuals aged between 14 and 18 living in Bolu province. The target audience was reached by using purposeful and simple random sampling methods, and data was collected from 527 individuals using the online survey method. Religiosity Scale, Adolescent Happiness Scale and Personal Information Form were used as data collection tools in the research. The first part of the study, which consists of three main headings, includes the conceptual framework. In this section, the concepts of religiosity, happiness and adolescence are discussed. In the second chapter, information about the study's model, population, data collection tools and data collection is given. In the third section, the findings obtained as a result of the research and their evaluations are included. According to the findings of the research, religiosity and happiness differ according to demographic variables. It has been determined that there is a positive significant relationship between religiosity and happiness. Therefore, as a result of our study, it was concluded that increasing the religiosity levels of adolescent individuals will positively increase their happiness levels.
