Abstract (EN)
Femoral neck fractures are an important trauma and health problem that increases in frequency day by day. In the young population, although nondisplaced fractures can be considered as priority in osteosynthesis and primary fixation, hip arthroplasty gives very good clinical and radiological results in these fractures. Our clinical results, complication rates and radiological results were consistent with the literature. Total hip replacement has better clinical outcomes and lower secondary surgical rates in elderly patients with high active expectation than other treatment methods.
