Abstract (EN)
The use of pediatric intensive chemotherapy regimens in adolescent and young adult (AYA) patients with T-ALL and the inclusion of nelarabin in the treatment of anterior line and the selection of new targeted therapies based on new genomic discoveriescan increase the effectiveness of the treatment. The use of pediatric intensive chemotherapy regimens promises to increase survival in adults.
