Early childhood children determining the gifted parents, teachers and comparison of expert opinions

This research continued in Bursa, a special kindergarten for 123 children between the ages of 3-6 to identify gifted ones and the process of determining to what extent this was successful in choosing the children was conducted to identify.Study to determine 2-stage system was developed. The first stage, both teacher and families of gifted children think that saving for AGP (Family Observation Form) and OGP (Teacher Observation Form) in the second stage, their families and teachers by candidates is shown as a researcher of children adopted by the UGP (Multiple Intelligences Observation Form) According to the intelligence of children with their peers in the areas above were used to determine status capability. Observation forms to parents in total, 123 teachers and 123 were applied again.Of the survey sample of 123 people found the total of 44 gifted children and their 22 girls and 22 are boys.Families with observation points at the intermediate level between the teachers observed score is a linear relationship. However, the significance level of experts is not the size of observation points. However the experts of the teacher observation points of observation points of the language dimension size, music and interpersonal dimensions in terms of size is observed to be associated. Teacher observation score points with the expert observations of the size of mathematics size, visual dimension, kinesthetic size, nature, size and intrinsic relationship was found in terms of size.Key Words: Pre-School Children, Determination of gifted and gifted children
