Abstract (EN)

The human and political characteristics of the societies in the historical process necessitated them to be evaluated with their geographical environments. Such dynamics have always been important details of a period of study and consideration. In particular, it is necessary to examine the study subjects that contain a certain boundary and that fall within the specific field, in a holistic way. The principle of historical integrity is an important way to examine the ages and issues of special sphere from general to specific. For this reason, it does not seem possible without starting the studies and going to the basis of human psychology, sociology of society and the cultures that make them up. The context of the feast culture in the Early Middle Ages also included a sequence that should have important continuity in this regard. In the first periods of the study, in order not to be separated from the historical context, the previous period and the cultural continuity of the Late Antiquity and its transformations were taken into consideration and the citations from the first-hand sources in the books of the Ancient authors of the period were taken into consideration. This issue has been overrated in the context of continuity. In the continuation of the topic, a main social theme was emphasized and the types of banquets were reduced to various varieties and explained, the similarities and the distinctions were particularly mentioned
