Abstract (EN)

The given work is on Gregorian Kipchaks' spiritual heritage called Tore Bitigi which was written in XVI-XVII. centuries and other written documents. In the Introduction part, it is mentioned about Tore Bitigi and what stages it passes through the day-to-day and how it is written in a society. The first part is about the origin of Gregorian Kipchaks, the places of their living, the alphabet, their mothertongue, the language that they use and the origin of the alphabet, studies on Gregorian Kipchak texts, the works written on this language and their location, museums, subjects of the works and their classification. In the second part, there are examples that are given according to the subjects. In the third part it is discussed on court minutes and law books, the meaning of Tore Bitigi, the first source, the name and the author of the enactment, the entry into force, variants, studies on it, the meanings of the words Tore and Bitik, the content, importance, vocabulary and examples of Tore Bitik. In the fourth part, a dictionary of identified foreign elements is given.
