Abstract (EN)

The Armenian Question is nearly named by western countries to describe the Armenians who lived in the eastern of Ottoman Empire during end of 19th c. and the beginning of 20th c. The question mainly is of artificial reasons which caused to many allegations and finally terrorism against Turkey and Turks in last century. It sourced first time Eastern Question in 1815 during the Congress in Vienna and has been used for years by the politicians. This so called fact later converted to Armenian Question with a prejudice of Europeans against Turks. Also black propaganda helped to issues and the Western countries became an advocate and also protectionist for Armenians during more than a hundred years. The West hence resolutely are supporters so called genocide issues and also resolutions in the assemblies. Although there are many historic reasons and documents that support the Turkish thesis which, no genocide but mutual- massacre during the WW1. Armenian Diaspora who aims that 1,5 million Armenians had been killed. So that this arrogant issues also bear soil demand from Turkey with war reparations. Not legally but politically, Turkey has problems with his allies who bring these issues and open to debate in their assemblies. To convince and force Turkey to accept those unfair claims and requests then Armenians not only with their parliaments but also with their militants and terrorists, by raiding to Turkish consulates and embassies, keeping similar reappraisals and threats as in the past. Genocide-Affirmations contrary are brought the various platforms by the countries who were Allies during WW1. They were Russia but Soviet Union lately, British Empire but later U.K. and France then finally USA. For example, in 1953, an Armenian writer wrote for the Encyclopedia Britannica such as "The Ottoman-Armenian population became 2.5 million while 1.5 million Armenians were killed in the 1910 edition". During the 50th Anniversary of their (so-called) genocide in 1965, Armenians began their new sympathy campaign and then same articles began to appear in the columns. The increasing propaganda started to raise the sleeping hesitations and hate-feels against Turks among the former Ottoman-Armenians who immigrated to another country afterwards. One of those, 78-year-old Gürgen Migirdiç Yanikian dared to invite innocent to consuls to his hotel room for talk then in a treacherous way murdered the Turkish diplomats in 1973, Santa Barbara. He was one of the rebellions in the Antranic Killer Gangs, and later killer of hundreds of civilians while joining to Russian invaders during WW1. That madness began as sample to ASALA-Armenian Secret Army for the Liberation of Armenia. This terrorist group had many assaults to the Turkish representatives in abroad and also killed more than 40 diplomats. Then other terrorist groups continued to hit Turkish representatives abroad under the different names but almost in sameway. These relentless terror actions intensified during in 1980's, seemed ended up in 1994 but PKK appeared in 1984, February with the assassination of 33 Turkish soldiers. The date also coincidentally was coming cross after ASALA's Orly-attack in 1983 which criticized by the authorities. Thus, Armenian Question looked fail but not in real though appears going on as Kurdish Issues today. We aimed to count in his thesis about all Turkish fails and loses in the years of 1973-1994 then to show a strong-tie between descending ASALA but rising PKK afterwards as if continuation of each other according to those years' press. Key Words: Armenian question, Armenian terrorism, Turkish diplomat, Turkish newspaper, Deportation, Turkish representation, ASALA, JCAG (ESAK), PKK.
